location good, but some issues
small bathroom few plug sockets
the location was good. the staff also were helpful (i'll give them that).
The rooms seemed small, and i booked a beautiful double room. the bathroom felt outrageously tiny. I could practically brush my teeth, wash my hair, and open the door while still on the toilet. also, there were few plug sockets in the bedroom, a problem.

small room size limited gym equipment
I found some aspects disappointing. The room size felt quite small, I expected more space (especially for what I paid). the gym was lacking. It only had a few cardio machines, NO free weights at all, so I could not do my usual workout.

The staff was friendly. they provided restaurant recommendations. the location was good. It was within walking distance of attractions. i plan to consider this hotel again.
the room did not have a comfortable bed. the facilities felt short for a top end 5 star hotel.

special coloring pages hotel team
The staff were ready to provide joined rooms. This was important since I was traveling with my children. The hotel team prepared special coloring pages and treats for the kids. This additional attention increased the standard of service.
The hotel lacked a spa. This was a minor issue, but other 5-star hotels typically have this amenity.
